He has listened to our comments and questions and provided clear, concise feedback, which we are very appreciative of. During our site visits he explained the process that needs to occur to ensure that our home is built to the best of standards. He made our whole family feel welcome, even the kids, whom he interacted with perfectly to make them feel part of the process.
